Classic Italian cuisine in an unpretentious setting, dedicated to the late cycling great Fausto Coppi. Fourteen years of sheer culinary magic, using the freshest ingredients. May we suggest our Bottarga (cured tuna roe) sprinkled on linguini, or our signature dish, Snapper baked in a snow-white crust of sea salt, or our risotto with Porcini mushrooms served from a wheel of parmigiano cheese. Private rooms are available for parties, meetings and corporate events.
