ROBYNS COOKIES

Hidden in the concrete jungle of Toronto lies Robyn\’s Cookies – pretty much the tastiest treat you can put in your mouth – worth every single calorie. Go to the newly opened Robyn’s Cookies store in North Toronto, meet Robyn herself, buy your cookies, try some of her new flavours and grab a coffee or a scoop of ice cream for the kids. Robyn\’s is the quintessential neighbourhood drop in. It’s decorated in bright pink and it’s relaxed atmosphere includes deep banquettes filled with throw cushions for the kids to lounge and relax while moms make the difficult decision of what cookies to buy (just try them all and make your life easier, we say). In the winter, Robyn replaces the ice cream with hot chocolate and offering frozen cookie dough to her customers. It’s not easy to find Robyn’s so you really have to be in the know. The address is 3215 Yonge St. (just north of Lawrence) in the back building behind Melonheads. You can also access it from Ranleigh Avenue and walk down the laneway to the lovely little courtyard in front of the little cottage where Robyn’s Cookies are baked.
