Chop Hop, which is known for its artfully crafted salads, has opened its flagship location at 3204 Yonge St. The opening unveiled artwork by Toronto-based Splendid Projects in partnership with New York studio Mippi, featuring characters inspired by each Chop Hop salad.
Chop Hop opened alongside Pantry, the one-stop shop serving combo-driven boxes with locally sourced proteins and fresh sides, joining the two quick-service restaurants under one roof.
Chop Hop’s menu consists of six creations, including the Sara, Jefe, Rasa, Cobb and Yuan, plus a Caesar, also known as CSER due to the brand’s affinity towards four-letter names. Protein selections for any salad include Korean short rib, piri-piri chicken, Cajun shrimp, yuzu pork belly or chipotle jackfruit.
Additionally, the menu offers four soups, including Cure, a lemongrass chicken soup; Silk, a mushroom cream soup; Gold, a vegan corn soup; and Hrty, a turkey chilli. The CBLT and Korean steak wrap are also on the menu and can be made gluten-free. Chop Hop also enlisted Nosh Balls to create four energy balls unique to its menu.
