Update (Oct 31, 2020): We are pleased to announce the directive restricting non-urgent eye care has been lifted and full clinical services are again available, including contact lenses.
Our clinic is ready to reschedule your appointments, and we’ve prepared for your visit with deep sanitizing, improved procedures, and introducing the newest examination equipment to help with social distancing and to keep you safe.
Amongst the changes you’ll need to know before your next visit:
Face masks are mandatory for clinic staff and all visitors to the office – please remember to bring your own.
Dr. Martin Tang has provided optometry services in the Yonge and Lawrence neighbourhood for the past 13 years. We examine eyes to ensure they are healthy, make sure people see clearly and comfortably, and offer designer glasses, sunglasses, and contact lenses.
Patients of all ages are welcome – preschool children having their first visit, students having trouble seeing their computers or blackboards in the classroom, adults needing reading glasses, and seniors who need more frequent checkups due to age and changes in their health.
The newest imaging technology is being used to examine the eye in high resolution and 3D, ensuring people receive the most thorough as well as safe checkup. Our protocols have been constantly updated during COVID-19 to meet and exceed standard safety guidelines, so people don’t have to worry about their safety in our office.
Our goal is to provide the best patient experience and help people see their very best, while looking their very best with the newest glasses and contacts.
