F45 TRAINING LAWRENCE PARK

The F stands for Functional Training, a mix of circuit and HIIT (high intensity interval training) style workouts geared towards everyday movement.   45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. F45 rotates through 4,000 different exercises, which means you’ll never do the same workout twice. Each day switches from cardio based classes, to weight resistance classes, to hybrid workouts Monday through Sunday.
